I have been having a problem with my New Neighbors for some time now and as some of you know there Cat Nigel spends more time at my house than at there place and practically now lives at my place.

They are unemployed Council Scum, sorry but I've got to be honest!

Well to get to the point i share a Yard access with them ,I'm the End terrace with a small side yard, and at the rear there is a passage way that goes to next door and next door but one(the bad neighbors)

Well they have got a 2 year old Bitch rotter called Brody that they have dumped on me :x its in my Yard 24/7!! even in this weather! and it is not been looked after by them  i have been feeding her as she is very thin and often cold and upset. They even went away for the weekend and just left the dog in the Yard to fend for herself

There is no one in next door so, it lives in there outside toilet without a Bed!! and the place is covered in Poo!! in both next door and next door but one,i have had to Block my Yard to keep her out otherwise she is Just making a mess, Crying and Barking all night at my back door and Kitchen window.

I feel sorry for her as she has no quality of life  and she has never been out for a walk! and the owners don't even own a lead

I have been on to them to sort it out,and me and some of my other Neighbors have reported them to the RSPCA but i must say the RSPCA are not interesed in the problem!! I'm appalled with them!  its fine when they want to take your money but when there is a problem they are a waste of time!! there will be another post from me about the RSPCA.

I do not want to take the Dog myself as im not a fan of big Dogs, and i could not afford it, and i dont have the time to give her the attention she deserves.

So im going to have her taken away by the Dog warden next week and let them sort out my neighbors,if its in my yard 24/7 then its a stray!

She is a lovely Dog and is soft and even likes Cats, she would make a great Pet for a dog lover.

Its making me feel bad sending her to the Dog warden and death row if my Neighbors do not claim her,but she has no life at the moment and will be better off.

So Woody if you want her? i will gladly take her and bring her to you ;) and just tell my Neighbors she escaped and is lost ;) it would be there own fault for not looking after her ;)

It annoys me when people get animals and don't look after them

I will post some pics of her shortly.

Here are some pics

I have made a temporary Block until i get a gate to lock them out.

As you can see from the pics the Dog is living in Poor conditions  and i have had to clear that Poo even though its next doors Yard and not my Dog  and it lives in that brick outhouse.

If it was up to me i would shoot the owners.

Its a clear, case of neglect, and i will also be giving the RSPCA a hard time over there lack of interest!

That is very hard to look at without wanting to do something about it.

Try the RSPCA again and send them the photographs.

That's just horrible. If I had time and money I'd have her. You can see that she could be a stunning dog. You are doing the right thing by calling the warden, she will be better off what ever they do. It's disgusting how the RSPCA are. I found a dog running on the road many years ago and they didn't want to know also the police were no use. Couldn't keep it so had to put it back where I found it. I was very upset at the time and gutted I couldn't have it to help it.

do you know if shes had any recent checkups at vets or any other details such as if she has had pups before or is chipped or spayed? If Woody not ready to take on another doggy yet I know someone looking for a dog although she may be a bit big for em I would like any more info that you have as I will be seeing them soon.

thats a terrible shame , if you were nearer to me id take her in, we have fostered many dogs over the years (my partner is a sucker for a poorly hound) some were just neglected some were so badly treated they were nearly dead and neaded hand feeding and constant attention. as for the RSPCA we have had some dealings with them and all were good but i supose it just depends on the individual you are dealing with.
if you can get her to essex we will give her a good home untill a suitable owner can be found (please dont send her in a jiffy bag  )
hope you get it all sorted for everyones sake , obviously the mess is distressing you and the poor dog will only suffer more as the nights get colder.

I doubt it Will, cant see her having any trip to the Vets the way they are, apparently they have just got her from the rescue home  so She has gone from one bad home to another  the owners of the house say that there not even allowed to own a dog in there lease contract and are also having problems like myself!

She is a lovely Dog and would not harm a fly! this will be sorted soon.

Would you be willing to go on the record with that Tazet? my best freind is a Police Officer and him and his colleagues have had no joy from the RSPCA and are willing to go on the Record ;) i hate to do it but im going to do an expose on them and send it to my local Paper,im sure they have decenty hones people that work for them but if there not doing there job then people need to know! at the end of the Day they get a LOT of money from donations and i feel people need to know exactly what they do with cash people donate?
I will be back on to them to be fair before i do anything about it.

No problem mate i could meet part way if need be if i can get her in the car? i think my Neighbors would give her up voluntary as they have bit of more than they can chew with her, however i feel it may be best just to take her incase they wont give her up! and the problem persists.

It was a very long time ago when I was living up in Bucks. It was also late at night. I phoned all the right places and got messages saying they were closed and to call back through work times or sorry we can't help till the morning and the police just said sorry we don't take in stray dogs call the RSPCA. The dog in question was a bit smelly and seemed quite old. My mum didn't want it in the house as we had a cat and it was not fare on her and I only had a mini and it was equally un-fare to keep it in there over night. I had no choice to put it back where I found it. I was so upset that for weeks I drove the long way to Aylesbury instead of that way which was the short way, just in case.

That is about all I can remember but I will help in any way so yes please use my experiene if you want to. I too would be interested to know where the donations go.
