They had the option to vote into power a man who consistently failed his military exams, came bottom in his class and was caught the first time he left the base on active duty
his running mate
a lady who's rally and conference scripts needed no editing before airing on Saturday night live and who has sacked defamed and bullied anyone who so much as disagreed with her or issued a speeding ticket to her son
and they didn't take it!!!!!
the worlds gone mad.
instead they've got this fella who seems to have read a bit of history and has learned from the greeks Romans spanish and british that trying to own the whole world makes you not very popular...
have you seen the adverts on ebay for portable grassy Knolls and special guns that can fire 5 bullets from any point on the circumference of a circle of diameter 750 M and then 2 days later kill a man who didn't pull the trigger.
look em up
Eanis and Calebs presidential weaponry is the company
What a Change

I don't understand how Obama got elected.
It is as if Americans have somehow found a small amount of common sense and dignity.
Mind I noticed most of the Southern States voted Republican as usual. Even though there are probably more black people there.
But if you are black in the Southern States chances are you have been arrested for something at some point in your life and therefore cannot vote so that would probably explain that.

Cant believe that numpty Obama got in!

Although I guess it was on the cards, but I thought most people would shed there so called racial tolerence once inside a nice little polling booth. The Americans, and us aswell are gonna regret this day for a long time!
He aint nothing but a Snake Oil Salesman with a silver tounge.

Republican foreign policy has lead directly to the terror threat that we live under today. I am glad to see the back of them.

Try searching Obama's eligibilty to be president.
It seems he has two lots of birth certificates, one for Kenya and one for Haiwii.
However it's read,it is dubious that he does qualify.

I'm hoping Obama will be a breath of fresh air, certainly need it after that cretin Bush. I am somewhat surprised that he has managed to get in though, I really didn't think the average American was prepared to support such a candidate yet....
I wouldn't want his job, he has inherited one hell of a mess.

A fresh face new ideas and new polices...
The trick is implementing them..
Many a good idea resides lonesome in a ring binder.

Nice to see that the Americans have voted in someone who has, at least, a broader view of the world.
And, at last, McCain's military record can now be commented upon, and it isn't particularly glowing, barring his survival in a North Vietnamese prison camp, which would have been tough, although maybe not quite as tough as for others who were not the son of a senior US admiral.

Er.. isn't Hawaii one of the United States of America?
Anyway, I'm hopeful that it's a change for the better. He can't be any worse than George Dubya, who has managed to do more damage to the USA's global reputation than any previous president.
I do fear the grassy knoll scenario though. If someone picks him off like Kennedy or Martin Luther King, there will be anarchy and riots on a scale never seen before...

Yes,but not accepted to the union until after his birth.
There are allegedly two lots of birth certificates, the other is Kenyan, which would make him British as Kenya was still under British control then.
