after too many months (well maybe years) the frame is finaly getting started, the beams to make the jig arrived thursday night so i spent all weekend getting them set up flat and square  . here are a few pics if the first tubes tacked in place, all being well i should have something that resembles a frame by the end of january. watch this space.

Trev, were those joints notched already, or did you do it?

If so, how? :D

I was just about to ask exactly the same thing. :D

I know you can get a pro tool for doing it.

You use one of these, every tube needs to be trimmed and notched to suit.

You can use it in a piller drill or even just clamp it to the tube and use a cordless drill, dead easy, it's as accurate as your measuring.
