Hi Rob , Hi Matt,

Yeah I've not been on here for ages. The General's been off the road since the Mopar Nat's

as I'd knocked the bottom end out doing the burnout comp

I took the block up to Hausers at the beginning of December for honing and cleaning, but after it was cleaned they noticed that the bores had water damage which meant I now needed a re-bore. Not really a major problem, only that I had already bought +30 pistons and rings which are now redundant

So I'm now waiting on another set of pistons and rings to arrive before the whole lot gets balanced. Hausers are kindly going to try and sell my pistons and rings for me, but in the meantime its another £600 odd that i really didn't have

still we are all in the same boat eh.

Anyway, what with all that going on and my being off the road since the Nat's until December I have to admit that i kind of lost a bit of interest, hence my not being on here..,,so apologies for the lack of faith.

So, here's hoping for a swift trouble-ish free rebuild, getting back on the road and have some decent weather for 2009's shows and meetings!!!
