drum brake sevo

Hi guy's i know i asked this before but can any one show me what master cylinder i should have on my car 
I got a new one but some body said it was the wrong one for H/D drum power brakes 
I got the car out for the first time this year and the brake pedal was rock hard and i had to stand on the thing to stop were as before the swap you could slide out of the seat 
The master cylinder i have on the car has a bolt in the middle of the top plate and the old one had a spring clip from one end to the other to hold the top on 
what it the right type 
Before any one says yes i have bled the brakes there is no air in there, I did think it could be the servo 
and if it is ALAN have you still got that servo mate
