Even more butt-ugly vehicles which are not only built appalingly, but rust in days too. Great!

We are already in the age of the world car.

I think it was Dennis Wilson who once said "they all look pretty much the same, and all perform about the same".

Oooh! Does this mean I'll be able to get an Arbath 500 R/T sometime soon? Say what you like, I loved my Fiat 500 :D

Will Taz racing swap to Mopar powered Fiat 126s? That would also rock 8-)

And yes, Fiats do like to rust and Mopars never ever do, do they?

I'm feeling eclectic today ...

birds of a feather

right first person to a fit a hemi to a fiat multipla (the modern one please not the cute little van) gets a nice crisp fiver for their time

plenty of hemis in Topolino's already, we don't need any more of them chopped up, there will be none left for the guys who find a fiat 500 too damn common.

fiat 500 top off..... hat with a bell....say no more hooooray for Noddy etc

Seat is owned by VW

they were Spanish fiat bodied cars due to local content and production rules in Spain a factory over there licensed production and acquired tooling

a nice arrangement that the European union quickly quashed

end of Spanish fiat 127s and Spanish lambrettas and various other build it in Spain from the last models tooling type arrangements with big car makers they had to try to ensure full employment and low national debt.

the Indians are now good at this

if you want a full rover SD1 body you can buy one new in India would suggest its a bit too heavy for the 1600 CC engine they pair it with though
