Terry, I've had the pleasure of putting a headliner in twice the past couple months, ( colour was not correct) and it is defenitly easier with the windows out. I do not know if it is possible with window in. Once you start, it's not too bad, just get the missus to help!!!

Did mine with back window out but front one still in.Not too bad a job,but a brown trouser moment taking out rear screen.You know the funny shaped one!
