So I suppose it would be business as usual in Morrocco if they had the snow we had would it?
We do not have weather extremes on an annual basis - the Scandinavians do. THATS why they have an infrastructure there to deal with it.
Hands up all those who were ashamed with the way we coped with the weather, that had either:
a) snow chains fitted to their tyres or
b.) studded ice tyres??????
Hmmmm. Weren't very well prepared for the bit of snow we had - were YOU

i agree we should ba ashamed, we had a couple of inches and the whole country ground to a halt. my saving grace is the people carrier i bought last year (cos it was cheap

) is a 4x4 and suprisingly, i found out, a very capable one. i did laugh watching a woman in a big 4x4 trying to get up the hill by my house, it wes obvious she didnt know how to engage the 4x4

maybe she should let the kids walk to school in future

it was fun to watch though

My feelings exactly Clivey, we only get these extremes of weather very occasionally, would everyone like to see their council tax rise even further to see under road heating installed and stuff like that?
Those ice pictures are sensational though!
