Challenger disc brakes

I would like to change my drums to discs( as the shoes are gone an I have a warped drum too).So I presume it's a straight forward swap and my 14" wheels will still fit I don't need fancy one, Origonal ones would be ok and hopefully cheaper. What is my chances of finding some or do I have no hope unless buying aftermarket one's, If so I will get a pair of drums for now
