Was speaking to Dave Bennett at the Rawtenstall cruise Frday. He was talkin' about the good old day's when he used to hang around with Ian Frankland and got real up close and personal with some pretty intersting MoPar... Jammy Git! :D


Andy Bennett is in parntership with Dave Evans who raced "Cococonnections" Camaro (currently for sale). And are building a pretty mean pro mod Impala at the moment. I will have to get some pics!

They dont chaffe actually. They have a nylon sleeve over the wire.

They do if you have them on under a cover outside. Been there and quickly learned to remove the pins before putting the car cover on.
This was before I had indoor parking. ;)

My mate Marv(Dave and Andys mate) is looking for this Charger,where is it? is it still in the UK? he had a ride in it as a teenager and is curious where it is now?

I have shortened mine by fastening them further back on the slam panel. They do loop up now like they should...

But they do have nylon sleeves and one has worn through.

Just looked at the pics is the UK one the same car? no name on the roof and differences in the paint? :?

I'm pretty sure its the same car, if I remember right Al eckstrand bought it back, took it to the states and restored it
