I've just bought a '68 318 engine for rebuilding,will this be more powerful than my current '72,and anone know how much I can safely take off the heads??

Youre very welcome! Got a whole bunch of stuff on 360 build ups as well if you go that way.

Mmmm. 330hp with the MP cam. Great.
Pair of edelbrock heads, some decent compression pistons, Hughes Engines solid lifter cam with 237/242 duration, 430hp and 425lbs of torque.
