just put my new water pump on. so i went to start it for the first time in about 4 or 5 months, took a few turns and started. seemed to run fine once it had cleared just very smokey as it used to be. then i gave it a few small revs then bang rattle rattle and that was the end of that! no compression so i had a quick look at the rockers, turned it over and they dont move. oops. does this sound like a broken cam? if so is it worth replacing as it smokes heavily? or should i just throw a 318 in her?

hadent thought of the timing chain. come to think of it the noise it made sounded similar to a chain breaking! stupid car, the one night i really need it for it dieds. ah well 318 sounds more fun anyway, better start saving i suppose.

It would wake the Fiesta van up :D

I have a Hemi for the Road runner, but it is growing faster than the car, the motor is 1/8th now and the car is still 1/18th, I intend to hit it with baby bio formula 440 tomorrow.
