TH350 or TH400 ?

Sorry - another non mopar question !
I just ordered loads of bits to finish my Chevy 454.
It will just be a Street motor in the region of 460-470hp & I'm wondering if the TH350 gearbox thats in the car is going to be up to the job
I have an opportunity to get a stock TH400 for decent money but don't want the hassle of redoing the propshaft etc. plus the TH350 box is already in the car and is a good one.
Dunc said the car used to have a pretty quick smallblock in it & the box hasn't gone bang yet
