Quick fire question - I seem to remember it was a right game last time I had any part of the front apart.
Broken headlight box-section behind grille. Need to remove.
Is there a quick way to get at it, or is it as painful as I remember removing anything grille related on a charger ?

Remove the front slam panel complete with grill , tis a PITA any other way.
Good luck Morgan , seems you have had some practice so should be a breeze.

Yeah - thought it was a PITA

Actually, gotta paint that panel anyway so might as well have it away. Should be able to get enough access I reckon once that is off.
You know that annoying 'squeek' when she hits a pothole ? (assume you noticed) Traced it to the drivers side light pod - there is a solid box around that holds the actuator for the vacuum (and prob the lights too). Well it should be a square box - but its broken, so the wole hinge fitting moves about a bit - and thats the squeek. Annoying, but should be a fixable...
Other news - Got oil and water weeps sorted as per your instruction. Less smoke/steam now

Oil breathers also pointing right way. Lights them up from a pull away now (smirk). Still got a few gear/kickdown probs though

. Will speak to you at next herts meet.
Actually, might be an idea to leave the grille if I want to use it next week !
