Wiring the air grabber?

I'm getting there....slowly. All the wiring's done on the Road Runner apart from some wierd yellow wires and a relay of some sort which seems to do nothing, apart from getting hot.
Anyway, I have a tiny solonoid on the back of the dash with an input and an output for a vaccum pipe. There is a green wire coming off the solonoid with a piggy back spade terminal on the end...does anyone have any idea where it goes?
I've checked all the wiring diagrams I have and there is no reference top the air grabber switch and solonoid.
By the way, thanks goys for the help on the wiper motor... two speeds and a parking mechanism that works...can't seem to get a third speed, but I don't care, I'll drive slower in the rain!
