The NEC Classic Car Show cars-the votes are in!

First and foremost, I know we can't please everyone, so let me say at the outset, I felt the fairest way to do this was to take the feedback from the message board, the feedback from the committee plus the private messages I received plus the offers of cars from members, I had fourteen cars offered and the top five goes like this:
I have collated all your suggestions, plus the comments on the board and the PMs I've had and this is the top six of cars offered and voted by you the members of the MMA.

1. Dave Robson's Challenger
2. Clivey's Charger
3. Jonathan's (Carl Burger Dodge) Hilborn Injected 65 Belvedere
4. Dave 999's Aussie Charger
5. Rob and Stu Lane's Polara

Mark's radical Cuda was voted by you all and made it to the top five as well, but sadly Mark will be working in China at the time, so it is impossible for him to get the car there.

I hope everyone feels that we have a good cross section of member's cars there and it fairly represents the MMA membership.

Personally, I think it's a great mix of cars, I'd like to thank all those that offered help at the show as well including Rich and Budgie amongst others, I will give you a call.

I would like to say a very special thanks to all those that offered their cars for the show, if I had my way, we'd have all foyrteen on there!

Meanwhile, if any of the prposed exhibitors has a problem, please drop me a pm or give me a call on 01908 562828 and I'll do my very best to get things sorted.

By the way, Dave Coleman (videoman) will be on the stand with us together with the 2009 Mopar Euronats DVDs and many others including Street eliminator etc, so it looks like we are in for a great show! :thumbright:

Wow, what illustrious company we find ourselves in! I/we are honoured

Not only is it a great mix of cars - early(ish), late(ish), race(ish) & full-on Aussie - thre should be some entertaining banter on the stand with the 2x Daves & Clivey..... not sure I'll understand them tho when they start putting the world to rights... :?

Great job Ivor & anyone else involved :thumbright:
