Gauge regulators

More and more folk seem to be having regulator problems (the three pin jobbie) for the dash, I have made some solid state ones that give a solid 5v output, they are prototype at the moment but I can convert yours to solid state in the original case if you are interested, PM me for details and costs.
Remember, if the reg sticks closed you lose the fuel, temp and gas clocks in one go, if it sticks open you have no working clocks and if it is worn you get false reading.

It's more of a favour, they are going to be cheaper than you think ! I had to work out how to do them for another job and as I have the access to the parts etc it seems sensible to make them available for anyone who wants them.

I could be interested in that Alex. I have to sort out a few things for this Summer but I may well be looking to get the Charger rewired this year if I decide to use it. If I do then that sounds like a worthy modification.

That was on my list of things to do for mine Alex. Sounds like you already figured it out but there was an old MA article with the details if you wanted to double check?
Might be one thing I can take off my list and get you to do instead.... 8) Let me know whenever you have a price...

I have a price LOL if you supply your reg for mods it will be ?12 + p&p, if you want the conversion as a wire in or to drop it into the reg yourself it is ?10.+p&p
They work and give a steady output no need to check anything LOL but thanks !
