Does the K-frame fit straight against the body, or is there suppose to be some kind of isolater/washer in between. Thanks!

Thanks Alex, that's the way I took it off, but a friend of mine said he thought there should be something in between...

ok, wonder why they did the B's and not the E's ...?

They had already made the desision to kill the E-bodys by 1970. Every model year after that was winding down. So no money or time was spent on development except where needed by law (bumpers) and by safety (the disc brakes).
Besides. You would never put isolators on a performance car. The Charger was becoming a Lincon Continental type heavy wobbly thing.

I thought that as I found no insulators on my 73 either.

I am not sure how isolators on a k-frame work in practice. The LCA and strut would be able to move independant to the UCA.

Weren't the isolators only used on the transverse-sprung cars, which had a different set up, presumably designed from scratch to accomodate them without compromising geometry etc?

I don't think there's any significant difference between B body suspension between '72 and '73 (?)

There are isolators on everything on the Victor!!! Never before have I found so many useless bushes and spacers!
