2 barrel Holley, originally from a 360. I know how to set the float valve as it has a very neat screw and nut thing on top of the float bowl that is very accesible.
Question is , how do I know what to set it at?? All the books I have show different Holleys where you measure at the float, but this one is adjustable with the carb in one piece!

Help, MOT tomorrow and I need to be able to drive it!!

Is there a Dime size screw in the side of the bowl? Take this out and adjust the float height so petrol just trickles out of the hole. Take your time.

Does anyone know what type of Holley this is, ie what CFM etc?
Just proving my lack of carb Knowledge, all I know is that it fits and seems to work.

Yes, that's the one. After you set it, let it idle for a while so the fuel has time to drop as the float may be too low and it's just the over fuel, as it were, coming out of the hole.

Make sure you turn the screw and the nut on the adjuster together and at the same time!
