replacing UCA bushes, while the upper ball joint is split I’m fitting new dust boots

i have energy suspension part number 5.13102 and in the box are four ball joint dust boots

two have the number 13009 on them and the other two are 13024

the 13009 have a slightly larger hole for the shaft

however, it is not clear to me which ones are for the upper ball joints and which ones are for the lower ball joints

can someone confirm?

here is a link to a photo …

thanks in advance

i have the ones on the right on the top....that may not be correct as i belive the person who owned this car before had problems telling his ass from his elbow

just replaced one with some ebay generic from slip boots "PandA parts"
their large and extra large fit

just measure the height of what you take off

1 set will be taller than the other

as long as they fit over the joint body jobs a goodun they get squashed to half that height when installed.

13009 and 13024 both listed in table on this page with full set of dimensions

thanks chaps, i've gone with the 13024's / the ones on the right / the taller boots for the top joint, the gap between the joint and the knuckle is bigger at the top joint than it is at the bottom joint :thumbright:
