This year's event celebrated the centenary of the Indy 500, and 50 years since the E-Type Jag was unveiled. Had a great time as always - didn't get to see all of it in 2 days.

Anyway, a few sample pics below, and I posted the rest HERE

last year adam we had 4 free GRRC members badges + loads of free food tokens & there was 8 of us, so some skulduggery involving firbeglass & one of us knows a bloke you paints model soldiers.............
another method we used for some of the other badges we been given was for as many as possible go in then 1 person carry out all the badges/passes........

It's a 1953 Siata 400F. My favourite car in the Style et Lux - it doesn't have a bad angle :thumbright:

Andy, the P51 was full size, but made of fibreglass!

GRRC badges are hard currency! Our renewal pack had dire warnings of expulsion for people "losing" multiple badges and asking for replacements, handing them over the fence at events etc.

All a bit strange when all you're getting is the privilege to pay extortionate prices for breakfast or lunch! It's not as though you have a view of the track at the FOS (though you do at the Revival).

Very impressive photographs. The air display shots in particular are worthy of an art exhibition! 8-)

I think Bobby Allison's Buick looks fantastic!

Also, does Jay Leno import every year then export back, or has he got a stash of vehicles parked up over here?

That Napier-Railton belongs to Brooklands Museum - I don't think he brought any cars with him. However, lost of cars are shipped over for Goodwood each year, e.g. all of the Indy cars this year.
