Like The Brighton Run this is a cruise not a show, when you get there you do as you want, (no burnout please), open to all Yanks, Rods and Custom.
Meet at Clacket Lane services on the M25 (anti clockwise) to leave there around 12 noon, then we cruise, M25, M26, M20, A249 heading for Sheerness, you are not on any of these roads for long.
On the A249 there is a services at the top of Detling Hill (Little Chef/petrol garage), anyone wanting to meet and join in from there we will be passing around 12.30, (not really big enough for us all to stop at), then it’s on to Leysdown.
Once over the bridge and on the Island you need to look for the Leysdown signs.
There is a car park at Shellness that I think should hold around 120 cars, I was there this weekend and there were only about 20 cars there, so we shouldn’t have a problem parking.
Chippies, pie and mash. pubs, toilets and amusements are less than a 5min walk away.
Come and join in for a fun day out at the seaside, don’t forget your bucket and spade.
