My front calipers are solid at the moment, possibly at weekend, when we fire up the engine they may free off abit, it does have power assisted brakes?
Other than that any suggestions? I do have new seals and pads, the discs have been skimmed already.
Thanks all!

First I take the pads out and with a block of wood each side gently squeeze the piston back in with a G clamp. Then release and put some wood where the pads should be and press the pedal ,repeat a few times and check they haven't started leaking. If they are really stuck solid then you could replace the bleed nipple with a grease nipple and pump it up until it moves but, cover it with a sack or blanket for it may fly out. Also if you try this method you have to clean and clean again to get all traces of grease out, then fit up with new seals and probably pistons if they are that rusty.

you 'have' new seals and pads, but are they installed?

if you need the pistons out, i'd do as Latil suggests, but rather than grease, just take the caliper off and blow air from an air gun thru it, knocked pinkies out in 3 seconds each !! and yeah, watch out, they can go some,
