YA know what Rich.I must confess I must be getting old it was about 36c or a bit higher but I left about 2 ;30 cause the heat was just sucking the life out of me ....but sure enough I get home and a message from a mate I won runner up......... :evil4: and this is the 4th or 5th time in a row,

I always lose to a blown hemi chally so no biggie,
but hey an award is an award and it is voted on by the people that entered cars so that is always a bonus :thumbright:

I am not sure about the authenticity of alot of cars these days,if one has the funds one can try to make a "clone, dedication, replica" car but.........

If you look at the white 65 Coronet it has a 66 hemi motor, but if it were a true survivor things like the screws that hold the float bowls would have those old ones everyone stripped out, little details.......... ,

how ever they did put the 66 motor in 65 "race only cars" hence the 2 head light grille, that car too is a "replica" those bodies are still around and have little rust maybe had a smaller motor

and they turned it in to a hot rod is my guess so both of those cars ,seem to look the part, but due to resto it is hard to tell
