Wheel measurements needed

I am emailing with a guy about an ARE slot mag, I asked for the sizes of the wheel and he sent me this reply
Rim size (Across the front of the wheel is 16 1/4"
The width of the wheel is 9 1/4"
Studs spacing (5 off) is 2 1/2"
Hole in the centre of the wheel (Around the inside of the stud holes) is 3"
From the back of the mounting face (Wheel to drum) is 4".
I don't have any 15" wheels around to compare the measurements with, but comparing it to my 14" slot I Recon It is a 15" X 8.5. What Do you guys think
