Bump!
Film was out today (Fri 11th) over here - anyone going?
I'm hoping to see it sometime soon.
I'll try & make a note of how many Mopes and/or MMA cars actually made it to the final cut

I sold my portable garage last year to a production crew from Pinewood studios and when the chap came to pick it up he said it was to be used to cover Johney Depp`s muscle car in the film Dark Shadows. I thought `yeh what ever`. Looks like there might have been some truth in it

You'll have to have sharp eyes, but there a few member-cars in there (one of them twice!)
Portable garage not used though, sorry.

If you get to see the film, you'll see (or should see as that was the idea) that when she drives the cuda thru the town for the first time, she & the car stand out as brightly coloured 'things' in comparison to the rest of the cars & buildings (which are all pale pastel type colours) and they didnt want anything to detract from the impact she & her car were sposed to make.
Hence not wanting our car or Geoff Mitchell's red 66 Chrysler on set for that scene
I still got paid 2x £400 for standing round doing nothing for those 2 days so I'm not too bothered
