I thinks so. Sort of. Friends of friends of friends etc.
John Challis who has nearly finished his 72 Challenger has a mate (Richard) who recently sold the Chrysler (New Yorker?) to, I believe Dave Long, though I didn't realise this till last Wed at the Ace.
Meanwhile, last year at Harpenden's Classics on the Common, someone came up to me & Stu and said they has a spare windscreen for our Polara that we had there. It was off a 63 Belvedere that he used to have.
I agreed to have it and went to pick it up off his mate he shares some garage space with.
Turns out the mate was Dave Long.
So my 'mate' who I got the windscreen off would have his number, so I'll ask him.
I know I'll be asked what you need it for, do you just want to ask him about the car for the magazine article?

Thats great, thanks. Got conflicting info on Terrys 318 Coronet though?
I also had Bob How's Runner down as a 400 or has it had a 440 put in?
Does anyone know anything about the yellow convertible Callenger or the 68 Charger DMP116H in pic 15 beside Kiwi's?
Rob, Dave wanted some prices for prints.

Dave, I'll contact my 'contact' and get Dave's phone number.
Were you asking about Bob How's Roadrunner? If so, I assume it's a 400 rather than a 440. But it's not amongst the list of 13 cars you were asking about.
When I replied yesterday and said that pic 57 was Bob How's, and it had a 440, I was talking about the black 4dr, same car as pic 64.
Confused?

definately confused Rob.....what made me think it had a 440? More to the point, how come he drove both cars there or did he have a co-pilot?

Yep, a co-pilot, or at least a mate. Have a look at your last few pics, Bob's driving the big 4dr (not sure what model it is) and someone else followed him out in the RR.
