Cheers Rockauto, good exposure

So, lets cut to the chase,

1. What club discount do we get
2. How can we minimise the shipping costs to the UK !!

Shipping to your location can be expensive. Our parts come from a variety of warehouses that use different shipping options. If Express Mail Service is available for the part you have placed in your shopping cart, you can choose it from the drop down menu on the shopping cart screen.

Another option used by many of our international customers is to ship parts to a friend or relative in the US. This person can then ship the parts abroad to you via the least expensive means possible.

I've had few few parts from Rockauto and I've got some on the way now and will be getting more soon, that code is handy as I lost the one they sent me but used the one on the pontiac owners club site as I'm a member there also, but that one is running out so now I'll use the new one.
The site is very easy to use rockauto's have most of the parts I need most of the time, plus options of most items but if you dont mind me saying the shipping is the only frustrating thing on your site as when I'm part way though the order I get to a part I need and it's not available from the warehouse I am ordering from... so I think ok I need it anyway so I'll add it to the cart and see how much more the postage is from the second depot... then all of a sudden the order is split into three parts and three lots of postage, so back we go again.

I'm sure you loose some sales because of this but it is still a better option than some places the ask for your order and the give you a shipping price a week later though :)

Maybe theres another way or I'm doing somthing wrong.

Thanks for the code.

On the subject of shipping from Rock Auto I was recently contaced by their sales department to respond to a series of questions about service and shipping.
In common with others I found their catalog excellent for on-line ordering and payment, but did corrospond at some length about shipping costs, which they do recognise as an issue. Whether that results in anything i don't know.

I do know that I ordered a sill for my truck on a Friday and it was with me on Monday. Quite asonishing, frankly!
