Concentrating on trying to get the Satellite done (and missing by a couple of weeks  ) meant we didnt get round to sorting out the few little jobs on the Polara before last weekend, so... for the first time we parked over yonder with the other dailies.
At least coming into the museum thru the back entrance, we got to see all the auction cars that were awaiting collection by their new owners... or presumably their old owners for those that didnt sell :?

Still had a great time tho, despite being without Mopar :( Shame as we could have parked the Polara in the petrol station area with the other 'Dark Shadows' cars 8-)

Picked up my book from the last Connected competition from the MMA gayzebra - thanks Ivor for remembering!

Plenty of chin-wagging with old friends & aquaintances, plus a few new, like Nigel (English68) - thanks for bringing your new toy for us all to look over =P~

Another fave was 'Dave's' Chrysler 300, parked over in the C-body parking area ;)

Didnt get to look round the new London Bus Museum - we'll save that for a rainy day. Literally :)

Anyhoo, here's a few pics...

Fantastic pics Rob, thanks for posting!

Didn't notice that the Poncho was right hand drive, must have been an Oz or Embassy car...my fave was the orange '69 Road Runner with patina and apart from a elephant that had sat on the roof, it was spot on.

That tractor in the auction started life as a 12hp Humber car, will most likely make good money to be rebuilt back to a car again.

Great pics Rob, did you get a pic of the Dodge Sportsman van. It was really smart but left quite early.

Terrific pictures Rob! Good to finally meet you (and everyone else) too.

Great event on a brilliant day, with a superb drive home to boot!

Let's do it all again soon - how about towards the end of July, say, at Santa Pod?!!

All the best and many thanks to all who made the day happen.
