I thought I was pretty OK with working at heights these days.
But I found the end of this video VERY hard to watch. The backs of my legs are still twitching just thinking about the guy standing on the tip of this thing.

I watched that on Dave's FB post. My legs went weak about half way through let alone the end. If I climbed that I would have frozen and never gotten down again. They are very very special people who can do that.

I am sure to a man of your size Bri, changing a light bulb would seem like working at a very similar height

They look quite easy to get snagged on and painful if you did.
There are probably things this guy can not do he is scared of that you can.
He may be scared of Baked Beans or Snakes.

Fish eye lens makes it look worse, still not for me.
The guys who fix the insulators on live power lines from a heli are madder.

I have climbed a fair few met masts in the past for work and they are a bugger as they are very thin and move about quite a when you are up there, but not as bad as climbing the forward mast on a gas tanker steaming at sea to change a gas safe beacon, now that was moving and swinging about quite a bit and in an unpredictable erratic way too. don't think i could do that now though!

I'm not one for heights at all. That takes some balls to do!!
Its not shown at all but i thought windsheer would be awful at that height!!
Any guess on what kind of $$$$'s these guys must be earning......it aint enough!!
