Evening. i have a couple of questions to ask. hopefully attached is a couple of photos, i have a 68 barracuda, i have a pair of spindles and discs that i got off someone to fit to my car as i am going for a bigger engine, the discs are 11 3/4 inches in diameter, i need a pair of lower arms, but i need to identify the spindles and the lower arms that i need, also the stock top arms have a smaller ball joint than the top mount on the new spindles, can anyone recognise spindles from photos and let me know if they can be fitted and what parts i would need. i also need calipers and brackets. thanks in advance

If it's a larger ball joint on the top, it will be 73 or newer, if it's A body.
There is a thread stickied in the brake section, that has early and later spindles back to back and other info.

Just doing the same conversion myself, when you get your calipers ( I have single pistons floating types) you may find that they will fit toward the front of the car, not behind, like in the books or how they came out of the factory. Dont be worried by this, the spindle is dead centre between the upper and lower arms so it makes no difference.

I have 73 calipers and the brake hose has a almost square block on one end so that should help you identify them if you get some.

Just remember as well that you may need slightly longer flex hose so it doesn't snag on the wheel or strut or be too short and impare turning
