These should give me more caster

As some of you know I had all sorts of issues with my alignment at the Nats and thanks to Pete at least got the car to drive in a straight ish line and in some sort of shape to take it down the strip, as we know I had massive vibrations from the rear of the car and after swopping over some borrowed wheels and tyres only managed to get to go over the line at 106 but I could feel the front end wondering all over the place, not a nice feeling.
The car was taken into a garage for a four wheel jobby where we attempted to get camber and caster and toe in set. We couldn't get the caster any where near where we needed it dispite nearly four hours on the ramp. The caster was to 1/2 degree positive as that was the most I could get.
The next outing was at the hotrod drags at Shakey and this time the side to side vibration I had at the Nats had gone to be replaced with a severe up and down virbation from the rear and the front end wondering about at high speed this time at 109 on returning to the pits we found a badly bent Strange halfshaft.
So I knew before I was to come back out again I would need to fix
1/ the halfshafts
2/the front end alignment
I chose to fix the alignment issue first and ordered some adjustable arms from Magnum force in the States, I know that some people have given them bad press about the arms being a bit weak for use on the street, but this is a car that will spend most of its life on the strip. I emailed them for a price on shipping to the UK as I could not find it on there website (their ebay site wanted $199 just for the shipping) I had a reply a couple of hours later fron Clint Goodrich offering Shipping would be $75 for 2-3 Day Air via DHL Global so I placed my order and paid by PayPal the next day Clint was in touch again saying that I had not chosen to have the arms powder coated and if I was to tell him what colour I would like he would them FOC and would ship as soon as they were coated and good to his word seven days later they turned up and they look bloody nice. As you can see these are nicely braced and as I have gone for the double adjustables and should be faily easy to get the correct camber and caster to allow me to go straight. All I need to do now is get my spindle machined to accept the larger ball joints andthe order the new halfshafts and I will be ready of next year
