Oil blowing out out axle breather... reasons please?

This is the 9" Fraud case on my Belve.
It's a Detriot locker if that makes any difference, Since I took it out for a bit of a blast on Saturday (1st time it's gone 80+) it's barfed a bit of fluid out of the case breather. It looks a lot cos it's spread but is probably a only few teaspoonfulls.
Apart from the obvious (that I overfilled it...) is there any problem that could cause this?
One of the wheel seals has a slight leak too, that's gonna be a duff seal I bet
This was all brand new kit, not done 100 miles yet and was expertly assembled be me
