cool, emails sent then, i will see what they come up with., and post replys if interesting..never one to be to shy and retiring i recon a mod top homage[as they call fake watches] would be quite cool.
not sure any would go with my paint though...

Blue flower vinyl mod top with your paint colour

This is a picture of the RR that had a vinyl wrap made up - one tenth the price of an actual mod top.....worth thinking about
But even better you could get a unique purple colourised version to go with your paint. Make a pattern and give it to a vinyl sign company....

good call, like it, what about the transition to the wheel arch though, never seen one in detail, do they have a chrome trim..if so i guess it would be the same trim for any vinyl mod or otherwise, but might look a bit odd without the thickness of the thick textured roof vinyl..

Yes I agree, but probably could do your own thinner moulding.
Here you go - I found an article on the guy, some decent close up pictures if you click on them

Not sure if Laysons have resurfaced yet since getting busted a few years ago
And with their track record before that incident, I wouldnt hold yer breath...
SMS are good to deal with tho, if they can actually get the fabric...

laysons are tradeing ,ive always had a good service from them ,only thing to watch is if the stuff isnt in stock they will still take your money and put you on backorder, just make sure its in stock or you could wait a long time for your parts to be manufactured
