Parcel Monkey that's what they are, careless, liars and w4nkers
sub contracted to two bob dodgey van drivers who couldn't give a s**t
Don't use these Bananarama!
caught them out big time yesterday...I would never use these again if I had too
Beware ...they really don't care
and you cant get hold of the T***ers afterwards to sort it out

they are just a broker for courier companys like city link ,parcel force etc who was the carrier ,you should take up problems with the carrier directly

This is correct, I use Parcel2Go but you are given the choice of which courier company you book with so I use City Link, TNT or UPS. If you use the cheaper ones like MY Hemnes they are rubbish, just type in My Hemnes complaints on google
