I'm looking at the Wheel Vintiques (63 series) Chrysler steelies and notice that the 15 x 8" ones come in a choice of 4" or 4.5" backspace. If I were to go with these for the rear does anyone know which backspace work best on my c-body 66 Polara?

Alternatively, I could go with the 15 x 7" which would make the choice simpler as they only come in 4" backspace.

NB: I already have a pair of 15 x 6.5" for the front.

Probably better with 4.5" but it depends how wide the tyre is. Either should fit. I think 8" on the back will fil those arches better.

The biggest issue will be tyre clearnace with the leaf springs.
Time to get the tape measure and calculator out!!!
