My preference would be for the rev counter to have prime position in terms of visibility compared to the Speedo. Then again a shift light can alter its priority.

The other gauges are only there to provide you with info, in your case you have chosen; Fuel gauge, Oil, water & volts.

For me, fuel gauge is not one I need to constantly monitor, similar would apply to the voltage. Oil & water temp taking priority positions

If I were to be doing a custom dash I would have oil temp for sure. Think its more important than water temp imo

Rev,Tac and fuel in the center.

I'd put Oil pressure next, Oil temp then water temp followed by Volts (2 on 2 in stacked formation)

What about AFR with the blower Will.....Would have thought this would be a must have???

I'm with Mark, Tach, oil & temp are the ones I keep an eye on. I'm not keen on having more gauges than the bare minimum, so add Fuel pressure, speedo, fuel level and thats me done.

Thanks gents great advice as always

So will go

Water temp
Speedo
Tachometer
Oil pressure in middle

Then all the others I need on passenger side

AFR will have to hang out engine bay as will be a different style gauge

Many thanks all

No response from Guy yet?????

Only the mission critical ones for me too!

You only use a tach for tuning (and even then I would use the Snap On) so the shift light is king - that and oil pressure......

It's a rubber mate similar to what you put a washing machine on.

Good a solid yet soft on your skin ;)
