Right chaps.
As most of you know I have been working at P&A Wood for about the last year , building a new Rolls Royce showroom and various other works.
Being a petrol head obviously I have been interested in the work carried out at their amazing workshops and mentioned my passion for Mopars to Paul Wood. It seems we are very a like in our passion for our cars , just different marques !
This year P&A are holding a big event to mark the opening of the new showroom and 50 years of business. Paul was hoping to invite the MMA to be part of this event , however due to the number of rare Rolls and Bentleys willing to attend the event there is no longer room for us lot !

However. P&A also sponsors the Countess of Warwick show and would be very grateful if the MMA could provide about 10 cars for the event.
I don't know too many details at present but it is the week after the Nats.
Primarily a country show it has grown and normally attracts about 2000 people.
So. If anyone fancies it could you please post up a pic of your car and a few details and we can take it from there. I'm not just talking show cars. Race cars , rough and ready , minters can all apply.
I will get more details next week.
If one of the " elders " would like to contact me regarding this and perhaps the MMA stand ? I would be grateful.

Hi Gary . . .

For the third (and FINAL !) year running my other half has magically booked two weeks (well, well in advance as ladies do) summer hols which once again start on the weekend of the Nats at Santa Pod !

So, the following weekend - if that's the date - is out for me too.

Where is it held ? any geographical link to Warwick or it just linked by name ?

My car is the lime green Challenger in my profile picture by the way.
I was on our stand at the NEC last November and it the stand was very well organised by Ivor - so even in his Autumn Years of retirement, he'll have some top tips for you.

Please confirm the date and venue - you never know, it might be possible for me . . . ?

Matt.

Hi all.
Here's a website about the event if anyone fancies it.
https://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&sourc ... mOybo_GxMw

Speaking to P&A 's fella today and he doesn't see a problem with us having the MMA stand if wanted.
Looks to be a good old traditional English country show !

Yep. We've got space for about 10 cars / trucks.
Looks like it'll be me and a few more Rollers and Bentleys at the mo

I think that because P&A sponser the event they have an allocated area to place vehicles. Hence the offer of space for our club. :thumbright:

Apparently " Custom Exotics " are taking 6 or 7 customers cars to this show
Also heard a whisper that they are taking an " altered " to fire up in the arena !!!
Come on chaps. Are we. The Mighty MMA gonna be upstaged by a paint shop ???? :D
