Great idea and what a good way to get a feel for what our great nation was going through at the time. Wonder if the country would pull together like that if it happened now??
I only have one issue...Mrs B and the kids dont know how to switch a light off in our house

Not practical in Castle Robson.
I walk the dog at 10pm while Diana tidies the kitchen and then we get ready for bed at 10:30 and put the lights out by 10:45 anyway.
I could put a candle in the porch while I am walking the dog instead of leaving the porch light on I suppose.
