Sadly, it is long dead.
It's a CJ Chrysler by Chrysler (so good they named it twice!) rather than a Charger though.
Very rare now - only one on the road in the UK (that I know of), with another two "project" cars.

There used to be one of them parked up along side a 68 Barracuda on the driveway of someones house back in the mid eighties on the road out of Stalham in Norfolk. I thought they were old classics back then
Thought it look pretty good.
