No I havnt tried it Dave. Could give it a shot on my truck wheels , but then I'd loose that cool tough truck look !

This has been around for a while it will remove the surface rust and clean them up a bit but better to use actual wheel cleaner and have a coke whilst you are doing it

CilIt Bang also works
and on alloy but it screws it up if you leave it on for too long
you can make a right old mess
try it out first on the back of a hem or an area not usually seen as they say.

I know you have to be careful with Weld wheels alloy,even water left on will stain.
