Hopefully this weekend my mates going to use his firms ramp and change my shocks, axle oil and gearbox oil.
My problem is what gearbox oil should I use, the gear box has a Slap Stick set-up with a 318 engine. Will normal ATF be o.k?

Use any ATF you want. You will get a firmer shift with the type F fluid.

I have always used Valvolene Type D ATF fluid.
