Off the crank I have power steering water pump alternator and supercharger

In a ideal work all would line up

But for power steering am I allowed a small amount of non alignment ?

A drill press works !

Depends how small an amount you are talking, you can get away with some. It tends to be RPM dependant as well, might be fine at "normal" speeds but will chuck the belt off at high RPM. Unless you can get it bang on within 1/8" of an inch or so it will be a case of suck it and see I'm afraid. Personally I'd be binning the P/S...
