hello

what thread are the normal mopar wheel cylinders for drum brakes

do i need specific US Mopar endy bits.

if so who does em

The pipe should be 3/16

The thread inside the brake cycleder is 3/8 (unf) 24 threads per inch or 7/16 20 treads per inch depending on cyclenders my money is on 7/16 for your charger
