Spongy, slow return brake pedal

Hi,
Looking for some best guess/opinions.
I have replaced all of my brake hardware excluding the servo. After bleeding they were rock solid. Came back two weeks later and pedal won't return. Question...is it more likely to be air finding its way into brake lines, or a vacuum leak. (If vacuum, could it be a leak anywhere, or just on the pipe that runs to the servo?
Thanks in advance.

I have not experienced this but would suspect the Servo and maybe the valve / diaphragm has failed.

It may be worth disconnecting and plugging the servo hose and see if that makes a difference - obviously it will make brake travel heavier and the brakes should feel less spongy but it may resolve your current issue.

I would suspect you still have air in the system, did you bench bleed the master cylinder before you fitted it?

I did bench bleed the master cylinder. I'm going over today so will disconnect vacuum to check if there's a difference first. If that doesn't fix it, I'll bleed the brakes again.
Thanks for info, I'll let you know how it goes.
