sound systems

some of you know I spend a lot of December pulling santa and his sleigh to raise cash for charity, we had a few problems this year with the sound system so im looking to change it.
at present we run a 240 volt amp off a generator to run 3 large 100v line PA horns, I want to change this to run off the tow vehicles stereo, I have tried the internet search but im not too clued up, some drivers for the horns are cheap some are stupid expensive but none seem to be rated the same as normal speakers (I bought 2 cheapish ones and they don't work) does anyone have any idea what I should buy (please bear in mind it all comes out of my pocket so don't want to spend a fortune) any help greatly appreciated, I know its January but I always leave it till December to sort and then its a mad rush.
