What's the best 115mm discs/brushes for removing rust from inside of fenders and splash guards?

I use strip it wheels, they are twisted wire brushes that wear so that they always present the same angle. Most paint suppliers / decent motor factors will do them. Try Newport 100 on here, he does tools.

Thanks Matt, that's what i thought, will give it a go this week.
