Would that be a case of one country spying on the other and doing the same just to see what tey are doing and if they should be playing catch up too?

Thats got Wil written all over it.
Good point though about where is he. I knew it felt a little odd round here - and thats the reason. Best guess he is either a) locked in his laboratory and we are going to see a big reveal soon or b) One of his creations has backfired and creamed him into a wall of said laboratory.

I hope its the former. I quite miss him now I have realised he is quiet.

Will is fine, I spoke to him recently; he is currently working 'Stateside.
