I hope "My" engine is still Ok.
That was a bit of a scare - it just shows you what can happen at the track if the unforeseen happens. I bet that got your attention!
Looking forward to the re-build thread!
Where do you get your fibreglass parts?

It is fine Pete, a bit like Trigger's broom now. Hopefully just the core plug to replace.
Going to get Dale from DRE to take a mould from the front for the new car (not going to open the can of worms about what that came off)He already has the moulds for the hood and front bumper as he made those. The front grille is in one of Ron Feton's containers and heading this way.
The water pump, steering rack, wheel and the other small bits and pieces are also on the way.
The bank account seems to have sprung a leek

The water pump failed and blew a core plug out dumping all the coolant under the slicks.

In my experience VFN produce some of the best quality fibreglass parts from the large manufacturers.
Dale produces great stuff, if you are prepared to wait.
