Calipier type?

This may seem like a daft question but what callipers are fitted to my Charger, I've been looking through the Rockauto site and am assuming they are whats listed as "Pin type" or are they "Sliding"?
Amazingly they came apart without too much effort, even the bleed nipples which was a relief.
Thanks Dave

They are the pin type, if you Google mopar sliding calipers you will see the difference.

If you can save them you have one of the strongest Mopar calipers of that era. Can buy a kit to upgrade to 12" Cordoba rotars with those calipers.
Not cheap, but that's what my '73 has fitted.

I wonder if a company like BigRed would be able to refurbish them?

Have used these guys before for British cars and they do a very good job of rebuild anything to do with brakes, not sure if they cover USA stuff, but might be worth asking them.
Nice company based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. They are well known in British Classic Car mags etc.

Miles that sounds like an option for the future

gotta concentrate on getting back on the road first
Also Miles noticed in some of your other posts a mention the Fox had gone, replaced by another Roadrunner... searched the forum but can't find any pics

I thin that pic slightly exaggerates it. All I did was fit an Add a Leaf to the rear springs and that put the car where it should be whereas it was lower before. Easy fix to add to your list as springs are one offs for our car and very expensive. I did all the searches and simply adding a Leaf really firmed up the rear.

Aye I'll add those I think, mine has extended rear hangers at the moment.
